This two-day workshop begins with Yoga and Essential Practices for Healthy Knees. In this class Terry will address how to improve flexibility, enhance, stability, maintain optimal and develop strength to help create healthy and happy knee joints. In the afternoon Terry will conduct a workshop on Yoga for a Heathy Heart. Both of these classes are suitable for all levels.
On the second day, Terry's workshop is on aligning, strengthening, and stabilizing your core. A variety of practices that target the deep core stabilizer, the abdominals, and the back muscles will be explored. This class is recommended for Mixed Level Yoga Students and Up.
