Tai Chi, often called "meditation in motion," is a low impact, gentle exercise that offers significant physical benefits, particularly in improving balance. It strengthens the lower body and can ease joint pain. Students can expect to be active for the entire workshop with breaks for rest and water as needed. My approach is to create a relaxed, supportive atmosphere for folks who are willing to try something new and exciting. ~Margaret Fey
