Reasons to take a Chair Yoga Class. 
1. Offers accessible way to experience the traditional benefits of yoga. 
2. Beneficial for those with limited mobility or recovering from injuries

6. Improves posture
7. Increases confidence

In this class students will be seated in a chair or using the chair for support, making the practice accessible for all student levels and fitness. The class will focus on gentle movements, breathing practices, meditation, promoting flexibility, strength, balance and stress reduction. 

Payments accepted are cash, check, Venmo or Zelle, Online-payments online reflect an up-charge for processing fees. 
  • As a safety precaution be sure to inform the instructor of any health issues as in Osteoporosis, Glaucoma, Hip Replacements, High or Low Blood pressure, etc so modifications can be made. 

CLASS IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION FOR LESS THAN 4 STUDENTS

Other Important information: 
  • Doors open 15 minutes prior to the start of the class and are locked promptly at the appointed time. 
  • NO SHOWS are charged for the reservation.
  • Students have 1 hour prior to class to reserve a space. 
  • Punchpass allows a three hour window to cancel your reservation. If not cancelled, Punchpass charges for the reservation. Please contact Just Breathe if there is a medical emergency and your package will be adjusted. 
  • Students have 120 days to use their pass and classes not used are forfeited.
