Yoga is a practice that originated in India thousands of years ago and is intended to unite the body, mind, and spiritThe word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word yuj, which means "to join" or "to unite."
Yoga is a holistic approach to health and wellness that involves:
  • Physical poses also known as asanas.

  • Breathing practices known as pranayama.

  • MeditationA simple practice that can help you achieve a state of calm and peace.

Yoga can help with the following: reducing stress and anxiety, increasing energy levels, improve immunity, activate areas of the brain that increase joy, and lower the risk of falling.
This class will introduce the student to the basic poses, simple breathing practices and simple meditations. 
$80 for the Series, Payments accepted are cash, check, Venmo or Zelle, Online-payments online reflect an up-charge for processing fees. 
  • As a safety precaution be sure to inform the instructor of any health issues as in Osteoporosis, Glaucoma, Hip Replacements, High or Low Blood pressure, etc so modifications can be made. 

CLASS IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION FOR LESS THAN 4 STUDENTS

Other Important information: 
  • Doors open 15 minutes prior to the start of the class and are locked promptly at the appointed time. 
  • NO SHOWS are charged for the reservation.
  • Students have 1 hour prior to class to reserve a space. 
  • Punchpass allows a three hour window to cancel your reservation. If not cancelled, Punchpass charges for the reservation. Please contact Just Breathe if there is a medical emergency and your package will be adjusted. 
  • Students have 120 days to use their pass and classes not used are forfeited.
