Description:
This class is tailored toward the student 50 and over however, sequences are planned to meet all students needs and ages. Yoga for Healthy Aging focuses on 3 important goals: (1) increased health span, (2) independence and (3) equanimity. 
Each week  we look at a different topic of practice.
Strength -  Agility - Flexibility - Balance - Brain Health -  Heart Health - Stress Relief and Meditation. 
Students practice asanas that promote alignment and form. 
  • As a safety precaution be sure to inform the instructor of any health related issuses such as Osteoporosis, Glaucoma, Hip Replacement, High or Low Blood pressure, etc. so modifications can be made. 
CLASS IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION FOR LESS THAN 4 STUDENTS
Other Important information: 
  • Doors open 15 minutes prior to the start of the class and are locked promptly at the appointed time. 
  • NO SHOWS are charged for the reservation.
  • Students have 1 hour prior to start of class to reserve a space. 
  • Punchpass allows a three hour window to cancel your reservation. If not cancelled, Punchpass charges for the reservation. Please contact Just Breathe if there is a medical emergency and your package will be adjusted. 
  • Students have 120 days to use their pass and classes not used are forfeited.
