This class is designed to help create happy, healthy joints. Yoga is not only great for strengthening and stretching our muscles, but is also great for joint flexibility and creating better range of motion in the body. Yoga helps to circulate the flow of synovial fluid through the joint which lubricates and cushions the joints so movement will be smooth and hopefully pain free. .
