Sound healing is an ancient practice whereby the practitioner leads you into a deep restorative state of calm by helping you achieve a comfortable lying (seated if preferred) position, introducing gentle breathing techniques, and then immersing you in the sounds, frequencies and vibrations of various instruments such as crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more.

Benefits of this practice include deep relaxation, better sleep, decreased anxiety, reduced stress and improved overall physical and mental well-being.

Bring your mat, pillows, blankets, eye mask or anything else you may need to get nice and cozy!
