Skillfully developing the upper body for inversions is necessary to receive the balancing benefits of Shirshasana (Headstand) and Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand). This workshop will present step by step practices for the development of a safe inversion practice. You don't need to be able to do the inversions to participate. Just be willing to practice the preparations. - Recommended that you have 6 months of yoga practice.
